We will provide the service on the day of your stay after your reservation is confirmed.

When the application becomes effective
The accommodation contract shall be concluded at the time we send the reservation confirmation email from our facility, or when the reservation is displayed as confirmed on the reservation website.
Regarding cancellations and changes
Cancellations and changes made by the customer after the accommodation contract is established will be subject to our facility's cancellation policy. Cancellation fees are as follows.
100% of the room rate, starting one week before the check-in date
Regarding refunds
If a refund is issued based on the cancellation policy, the refund method will be based on the payment method.
The handling of bank transfer fees and other payment fees upon refund will be determined by the [Facility Rules].
If you cannot cancel or accept a reservation
- If there is a risk of an act that violates laws or public order and morals
- If a guest is suspected of having an infectious disease
- If you anticipate actions that may disturb your neighbors
If there are any false statements in the registered information- If payment for accommodation charges, etc. is not confirmed
- If You Violate the Facility Use Agreement and House Rules
- In cases where accommodation provision becomes difficult due to disaster, equipment failure, infectious disease response, or other unavoidable circumstances
